As a key member of the People team in Sydney, this is an exciting opportunity to work with an inspiring business leader and develop effective working relationships.

About the Role

This role involves consulting and creating solutions at a strategic commercial level, providing tactical HR support and partnering with senior executives to develop and deliver the people agenda.

We are looking for a skilled HR professional who can demonstrate:

  • Technical HR skills across all disciplines including performance management, remuneration & reward, employee relations and change management;
  • Exceptional relationship and influencing skills across all levels;
  • Prior experience in financial or professional services would be ideal;
  • Able to operate at a commercially strategic level and willingness to operate at the transactional level;
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline.
Your Key Responsibilities

Develop L&D frameworks and engage employee development programs to support the business strategy.

What You Need to Succeed

You will need to have strong technical HR skills, excellent relationship and influencing skills, and prior experience in financial or professional services. A tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline is also required.
