NSW Government Agency is looking for a People and Culture Business Partner to deliver customer focused and consistent people, culture and workforce consulting services and advice on a range of operational activities.

**The role**:

- Identify and advise on people related issues, exercising sound judgement, empathy and discretion, when dealing with sensitive issues and cases.
- Interpret and provide timely and accurate advice to managers and employees on relevant legislation, awards, policies and conditions of employment.
- Coach and advise business stakeholders on a range of people, culture and workforce solutions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in people and culture service delivery, including assessing and updating methods.
- Undertake research and analysis and prepare documentation and reports on workforce information and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders through consultation and collaboration.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in HR or another relevant field
- Strong communication, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in delivery of integrated advice and services across a full range of people, culture, and workforce programs.
- Government experience beneficial
