About the Role

This position is responsible for managing all human resources matters in our Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Ensure new employees are set up for success from day one, including employment records and legislative compliance.
  • Training and Development: Support local rollout of global Career Development Program, advocate for employee training needs.
  • Team Evaluations: Assist with bi-annual 360 evaluation process, discuss outcomes with partners, and facilitate feedback discussions.
  • Rotations: Plan and manage employee rotations into and out of the Sydney office.

In addition to these responsibilities, this role will support strategic HR-related projects with the Global HR team.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 3+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a dynamic professional services firm environment. A tertiary degree in HR or a related field is required, along with practical experience in core HR processes and strategic topics.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as an open-minded consultative approach. Effective relationship management and interpersonal skills are also essential, with the ability to influence at all levels and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
