As a Senior Recruitment Consultant for Senior & Executive HR Professionals This is a chance to work with a market leading organisation in a niche client facing consulting role, making high impact, and working with purpose.
circa $145,000 + 12% super ($162 K package) + discretionary bonus hybrid - 4 days office, 1 WFH Sydney CBD location About the Organisation: Our client is a well-established national business with a reputation for delivering high-quality, values-aligned people transformation solutions.
With a well established foothold in their niche consultancy services, they support organisations through workforce change, and leadership challenges.
The team operates with integrity, empathy, and commercial acumen, serving a diverse client base across multiple sectors.
About the Role: A strategic, client-facing opportunity for a relationship-focused professional to join a purpose-led people advisory business, partnering with senior HR leaders and delivering tailored workforce programs.
This role sits within the Sydney team with focus is on strategic account management and consulting delivery, with responsibilities across multiple both large and SME clients including: Building and nurturing senior client relationships across HR and business leadership teams.
Scoping and coordinating bespoke people high-impact change programs Working closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality program delivery and outcomes.
Identifying opportunities for organic growth within existing client portfolios.
Representing the organisation at industry forums and networking events.
About You: You bring a strong track record in internal and external HR, OD, leadership development, or change consulting.
You're confident engaging with senior stakeholders (HRDs, Heads of OD, C-suite).
You're commercially astute and consultative, with a values-driven approach.
You have strong planning skills, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset.
You're comfortable working across strategic advisory and hands-on coordination.
