The Role

At Infinite Care, our dedicated team prides itself on delivering exceptional resident care and services that promote independence. Personal Carers work closely with the nursing and resident engagement teams to provide timely and compassionate support.

This role is based at Edge Hill Orchards Aged Care and involves working across AM, PM, and Night shifts. You will be surrounded by highly skilled and supportive senior carers and managers.

About You

We seek individuals who are empathic, have a strong work ethic, and are passionate about making a difference to the elderly. Ideally, you have worked in the Aged Care sector for at least one year and can think on your feet, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships.

  • Qualifications in Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) are preferred but not essential for this role.
  • Hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance as this is essential to work in the Aged Care sector (*or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent safety awareness to avoid residents tripping, falling, or hurting themselves – you need to be their extra eyes and ears.
  • A positive teamwork attitude, trusted co-worker, excellent time management, and always follow strict safety procedures.
