Resident Care Specialist

This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional care and services to residents at Infinite Care. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the nursing and resident engagement teams to provide timely and compassionate support.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong work ethic. They will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality care and support to residents
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Building rapport and maintaining professional relationships
- Working collaboratively as part of a shift-driven team
- Participating in mandatory training modules and self-paced learning
The following qualifications are preferred but not essential:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)
- Hold NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Excellent safety awareness and teamwork attitude
