Job Title: Compassionate Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Compassionate Patient Care Specialist.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients with compassion and empathy. They will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to devise individualized care plans that cater to each patient's unique needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a supportive environment for patients and their families. They will also have a strong commitment to maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards in the facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
  • Observe and interpret patient symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to devise individualized care plans for patients.
  • Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements and administering injections.
  • Adjust and administer medication according to physician orders.
  • Inspect facilities and maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards.
  • Provide instant medical care in emergencies.
  • Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a registered nurse.
  • Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of emergency care.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible and compassionate approach.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Patient problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
