Client Relationship Manager Position Overview

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts and establishing a regular meeting cadence to identify customer initiatives and expansion opportunities.

This role offers a hybrid work environment with a minimum of 3 days in-office, providing an ideal balance between flexibility and collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing quarterly reviews to ensure major accounts are satisfied, engaged, and growing with our business.
  • Minimising Churn by ensuring customers are satisfied and engaged with our solutions.
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through the setup and configuration of our conveyancing technology software.
  • Establishing relationships with key stakeholders at various levels within the client organisation to strengthen partnerships and drive through key initiatives.
  • Driving adoption of products through a client success mentality, consulting and advising clients with our solutions that can add value to their business.
  • Ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns, in concert with the Operations and product training teams.
Requirements for Success
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and uncover up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Comfortable managing your own pipeline via warm calls and client meetings.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Confident and engaging presentation skills, capable of delivering impactful training sessions.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple training sessions and prioritise workload effectively.
