Client Relations Manager Job Description

The primary role of this position is to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and support networks in order to deliver high-quality service.

This leadership position combines service delivery, client advocacy, rostering oversight, community outreach, and team supervision, all driven by the goal of achieving life-changing outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish deep and meaningful relationships with clients, their families, and support networks to ensure high quality service delivery
  • Supervise and guide a team of Support Workers to ensure exceptional care and support
  • Develop and implement quality service plans aligned with industry standards
  • Manage client onboarding documentation, incident reporting, case management, coordination and administrative tasks
  • Regularly review client files and relevant resources to ensure the provision of quality, safe supports
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure participant goals and objectives are being met
  • Promote community engagement—attending events, connecting with healthcare providers, and growing our local presence

About You

  • Experience in Disability, Aged Care or community services
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a heart for advocacy and support
  • Proven leadership ability in managing small teams
  • Tech-savvy: confident using CRMs, case notes, and digital systems
  • Valid First Aid + NDIS compliance (or willingness to obtain)
  • A problem-solving mindset
  • Efficient and effective communication skills
