We are seeking a professional and people-focused Administration Officer to join our team at Runcorn State High School. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing front office operations, supporting students, staff, and families, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities- Answering staff absentee calls and coordinating supply teacher bookings
- Preparing work materials for supply teachers
- Providing first aid support
- Assisting with suspension and expulsion paperwork
- Preparing out-of-class passes for students
- Managing stationery orders and supplies
- Organising staff keys, badges, and pigeonholes
- Supporting front office operations and community engagement
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a school or customer service environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- First aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with school systems and processes
- Experience coordinating relief staff or managing bookings
