Job Opportunity

Seeking a seasoned professional to lead our assurance and advisory services team in driving business growth through strategic risk management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong background in project management, risks, controls, and business process with deep understanding of SOX and other compliance frameworks.

  • Lead the execution of assurance and advisory services including risk assessment, control evaluation, and compliance initiatives.
  • Manage teams to deliver business process/IT assurance/audit engagements including evaluating and designing controls for external and internal audits as well as program assurance.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing reports for clients and stakeholders.
  • Nurture client relationships to achieve service expectations, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Opportunities to develop skills in emerging technology risk areas such as AI, Blockchain, and Cyber Security.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to address compliance, financial, and operational risk and assess current state internal controls and frameworks to mitigate current and emerging risks.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Passion for assurance and advisory services.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in providing assurance or advisory services over risk and controls, business process, and IT general controls, program and project risk management services, regulatory compliance, and controls transformation.
  • Practical approach to assess new technologies and evaluate their impact, risk, and remediation.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills including report writing abilities.
  • Strong business acumen and commercially focused attitude.
  • Inspiring leadership capability to develop others, build high performing teams, and delegate effectively.
  • Excellent project management skills including leading fieldwork.
