Job Title: Shopfitting Operations Coordinator

As a Shopfitting Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the running of day-to-day operations within their joinery and metal factory. Your duties will include coordinating a small team of trades, ordering materials, and understanding tasks from design intent to completion.

  • Coordinating a small team of trades within the factory
  • Being flexible to assist the team on the tools when required
  • Ordering of materials
  • Understanding tasks from design intent; drawing; and most importantly the practical order of things and process to complete projects effectively and efficiently

The ideal candidate will have trade qualified experience as a Shopfitter/Joiner, previous experience in managing a small team of trades, and excellent organisational and time-management skills. If you are a team player who understands the importance of teamwork and has outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss.
