This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at InterContinental Hayman Great Barrier Reef.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling sales proposals and negotiate group rates to maximize revenue.
- Pitch unique food and beverage offerings aligned with the hotel's broader sales strategies.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possessing a passion for quoting, converting leads, and pursuing new business opportunities.
Expertise in negotiating and managing rates will ensure maximum revenue, while keen market awareness helps adjust sales strategies to stay ahead of trends.
