- Diary Management: Schedule and manage diaries to ensure timely appointments.
- ATO Notices: Handle all ATO notices and enquiries, including penalty remissions.
- Maintaining Database: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the database.
- Tax Lodgements: File and archive tax work, and collate all tax documents.
- Invoicing: Process invoices for services provided.
- Friendly and mature demeanor.
- Confident communication skills.
- Professional business acumen.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
