Business Support Specialist

We are seeking an organised and efficient Business Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our studio, you will provide administrative support across various facets of the business.
About the RoleThis is a diverse role that offers the opportunity for you to play to your strengths and have a significant impact on our studio's success. You will be responsible for providing general support across the business, including administration, document control, graphics production, facilities and operations, business development, events, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level support to the studio, staff, leaders, projects, and business development teams.
- Assist with daily operations, including document management, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Develop and maintain documents, reports, and presentations using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of business operations and administration principles.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with graphic design software, such as Adobe InDesign.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
