Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on racked equipment, maintaining a standardized cabling and labeling system, coordinating with project managers on implementation schedules, inventory management, provisioning/decommissioning, and providing remote hands support for all engineering and IT teams.
To excel in this role, you will have:
- A solid understanding of network systems, topology, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of assembling, installing, modifying, and troubleshooting server hardware, operating systems, and software
Requirements include:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong customer service demeanor and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English written and spoken
