Job Title: Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of a multi-country ERP system. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy, ensuring a seamless transition for thousands of employees across diverse regions.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end change management plans
  • Engage stakeholders across multiple countries, cultures, and businesses
  • Design and deliver communication, stakeholder, sponsor, and reinforcement plans
  • Monitor change readiness, adoption metrics, and resistance trends
  • Develop stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, business readiness, and transition plans
  • Collaborate with individual businesses to develop effective communication and engagement strategies
  • Identify risks, remove barriers, and ensure a smooth transition to new ways of working

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP implementations (essential)
  • Degree qualified in a related field
  • Minimum six years' experience in project change management, cross-cultural stakeholder engagement, and internal communication
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in complex environments
  • Relevant certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, APMG)
  • A people-first mindset and passion for enabling adoption
  • Experience leading stakeholder engagement, change management, and internal communications in a global environment
