ERP Implementation and Support Consultant

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to join our growing team in Brisbane. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing successful ERP implementations for our clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their unique business needs and requirements.
  • Design, configure, and implement ERP tailored to client objectives.
  • Conduct data migration and ensure system integration with existing applications.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest ERP trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an ERP Implementation Consultant. Preference will be given to candidates with MYOB Acumatica Knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one major ERP system (e.g., MYOB Acumatica, Wiise, Netsuite, TechnologyOne).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
