  • Lead and manage a team of functional consultants to implement CRM systems across Sales, Service, and Marketing principles.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver platform implementations that meet their business needs.
  • Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

What does it take to succeed in this role?

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Platform implementation.
  • Deep knowledge of D365 CE platforms across modules.
  • Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, PCF, etc.).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and business analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Power Apps configuration, CI/CD, DevOps, and data manipulation.
