The Retail Operations Specialist supports project delivery that enhances efficiencies and customer experience through: Providing operational, administrative, and technical support to peers and stakeholders Collaborating with Retail and internal partners to achieve project objectives, remove friction, and identify operational efficiencies Implementing and embedding new processes to improve productivity and system utilization Planning and prioritizing initiatives and events aligned with retail operations and customer focus Reviewing store operations to identify improvement opportunities and establish benchmarks for store formats We believe it's more than a job; it's about making a positive difference in everything we do.
