Overview

SIG is seeking a highly skilled Platform Services Team Lead to oversee the planning, organization, and management of resources and tasks to ensure the successful completion of day-to-day tasks, projects, and deployments. The successful candidate will build a team of engineers, develop and make decisions on operational and technical direction, and deploy and support infrastructure for complex trading systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage resources and tasks to achieve operational excellence
  • Build and lead a team of engineers to develop and implement technical solutions
  • Develop and make decisions on operational and technical direction
  • Deploy and support infrastructure for complex trading systems
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience in infrastructure and support environments
  • Proven track record of delivering processes to ensure operational excellence
  • Strong understanding of network, virtualization, and systems engineering concepts and skills
  • Previous experience leading a technical support team
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and decision-making skills
