About the Role

Culture Amp is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join our Data Platform Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of work by leading the design and development of our data platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of Culture Amp's data platform, including our data lake, warehouse, data modeling, orchestration, and ML platform.
  • Clearly communicate technical solutions with your team, peers, and other stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop a team of engineers, fostering their growth into future technical leaders.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of data engineering and data platform architecture, including data lake and data warehouse architecture, data modeling, and building for security and compliance.
  • Experience with the AWS data stack including Redshift, MSK, and Glue.
  • Knowledge of key data stack components, such as dbt and Airflow.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and leading engineers, complemented by strong written and verbal communication skills.
