About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Services Team Lead to join our team at Susquehanna Pacific. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources and tasks to ensure the successful completion of day-to-day tasks, projects, and deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers to develop and implement operational and technical direction
  • Deploy and support infrastructure for complex trading systems
  • Be a point of escalation for any platform-related issues impacting the trading environment
  • Develop and maintain processes to ensure operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience in infrastructure and support environments
  • Proven track record of delivering processes to ensure operational excellence
  • Strong understanding of network, virtualization, or systems engineering concepts and skills
  • Previous experience leading a technical support team
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and decision-making skills
