About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Lead to join our team at Synpulse Schweiz AG. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our platform and management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine project requirements and develop project frameworks and roadmaps for the team
  • Work closely with technical and platform teams, as well as senior stakeholders, on daily operations and process improvements
  • Map out and manage switch over approaches and implementations, focusing on data mapping, process flow, and transition
  • Build and manage platforms, design and implement technical modifications, and select appropriate tools and frameworks for product or platform deployment
  • Provide technical direction, identify technical risks, and develop contingency plans with the team
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop solutions for technology project teams
  • Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they meet client standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines
About You
  • Minimum of 8 years of industry experience, preferably in banking and financial services
  • Strong project management skills, with business analysis a plus but not necessary
  • Highly analytical and structured in problem-solving, able to quickly understand complex technical situations
  • Strong stakeholder management experience and excellent presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent spoken and written English
