About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Services Team Lead to join our team at Susquehanna International Group. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources and tasks to ensure the successful completion of day-to-day tasks, projects, and deployments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a team of engineers to develop and implement operational and technical direction
  • Deploy and support infrastructure for complex trading systems
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience in infrastructure and support environments
  • Proven track record of delivering processes to ensure operational excellence
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Experience leading a technical support team
