About the Role

At Toby's Estate, we know that great coffee is personal, and so are the relationships we build with our customers. As Territory Manager, you'll be the frontline representation of the brand, driving impact and fostering meaningful connections in the Sydney Metro region with occasional visits to regional NSW.

You'll manage a portfolio of accounts while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities. Whether on the road, at industry events, or engaging with café owners, you'll play a key role in growing brand presence.

Success in this role comes from building trust, providing value, and supporting small business owners to thrive. Our office is based in Chippendale however this role is currently managing Northern NSW. We do have some flexibility to navigate a change in territory for the preferred candidate and will be discussed through the recruitment process.

About You

We're looking for someone who is driven, results-focused, and thrives in a competitive market. While proven sales experience is highly desirable, we're equally open to candidates from hospitality or other industries who bring a strong business development mindset, a go-getter attitude, and natural charisma.

Coffee knowledge can be taught, but resilience, energy, and a passion for growth are essential. You'll work autonomously while being part of a supportive, high-energy team that collaborates and shares insights.

This role requires someone who can navigate market challenges, confidently discuss pricing, and build long-term customer relationships. We're one of Sydney's top coffee roasters, and we're growing fast.
