As a retail leader, you will play a vital role in shaping the daily experiences of our customers and team members.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of a grocery department, which encompasses all non-fresh products in store.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining an exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging store environment for our customers, team members, and community.

To achieve this, you will lead and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.

You will also be responsible for ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management.

Additionally, you will be expected to be customer-obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers' needs and preferences.
