Director of Product Leadership

The opportunity to lead a team in developing innovative scientific products has arisen.

This key role will oversee the development of new product projects and product improvements. The successful candidate will drive commercial success by ensuring projects align with approved timelines, budgets, deliverables and overall strategic business objectives.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to parameters, milestones and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and coordinated execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between teams and global R&D and Product teams.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulatory requirements, best practices, and quality standards.

As Director of Product Leadership, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and managing a team of product managers and scientists.

A strong leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills is required to drive project success. A proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects is essential.

Preferably, you will have extensive experience in the development of scientific products, deep knowledge of the product development lifecycle and regulatory frameworks, and hold a relevant masters or doctoral qualification.
