About The Role:

You will lead a team of specialists to deliver a program helping young people transition into employment or education.

Your role includes providing operational supervision, ensuring high-quality care and managing program plans in collaboration with government departments.

This is a rewarding opportunity to combine leadership and impact—guiding a dedicated team while empowering young people to reach their goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience providing supervision or mentoring to team members.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment services sector, Centrelink and other State and Federal employment initiatives.
  • Extensive knowledge of issues impacting young people when accessing employment and/or educational opportunities.
  • Linkages with employers or networks related to employment of young people.
  • Able to set, monitor and achieve team goals by effectively managing time and prioritising tasks.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Driver's Licence
  • Working with Children's Check
  • National Police Clearance
  • Microsoft suite skills
  • Relevant qualification
