Job Description

BREDS professionals will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of real estate loan originations and be staffed on several assignments at once.

  • Underwrite commercial real estate backed debt investments
  • Execute a wide range of transactions across real estate asset classes, including new originations and modifications of existing investments
  • Manage and service a portfolio of existing commercial real estate debt investments
  • Manage borrower relationships
  • Conduct asset tours, market research, competitive and financial analysis
  • Develop presentations and reporting for internal and external use
Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.

  • Hold an undergraduate degree with strong academic achievement
  • Have 1-2 years of relevant experience ideally in real estate asset investments, private equity, lending, investment banking or brokerage
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects at a time
  • Be a self-starter, but also effective as part of a team
  • Display genuine interest in the real estate industry
  • Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, genuine passion for excellence, and results-oriented approach
  • Exhibit personal and professional integrity
  • Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
