Quality and Compliance Expert

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring an experienced professional to work in the healthcare sector. The role offers flexible working arrangements that support work-life balance.

The Quality and Compliance Expert will be responsible for ensuring quality, compliance, risk management, and innovation across multiple sites. This includes building the capability of site leaders to implement effective governance and quality frameworks, providing high-quality care, and driving continuous improvement.

As a partner with General Managers, the ideal candidate will drive group quality, compliance, and innovation across services. With strong verbal and written communication skills, they will establish effective working relationships centered on building leaders' capabilities through partnership.

The successful applicant will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to dissect problems, conduct root-cause analysis, determine key drivers, mitigate risk, and implement solutions accordingly.

Key qualifications include relevant tertiary qualifications in a Nursing/Health discipline or equivalent experience in high-level service delivery and quality. Current registration with a professional body is highly desirable, as are relevant Post Graduate qualifications or working towards them. A current Australian Driver's License is also required.
