Infrastructure Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Development Specialist to join our team in a complex and high-profile project. As an ideal opportunity for someone with previous station or commercial fit-out experience, this role will contribute to the success of a landmark infrastructure program.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing fit-out works, including finishes, services, and architectural elements
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered on program
  • Support quality, safety, and commissioning activities
  • Maintain site records (daily diaries, permits, checklists)
  • Liaise with site teams and consultants to resolve design/site issues
  • Assist with reporting progress and flagging emerging issues
Key Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Proven Project Engineering experience in architectural finishes, Fit-Out and MEP integration
  • Experience in data centre, hospital, or complex build environments
  • Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills
  • Positive, proactive team player
