Job Opportunity: Technology, Data and Trading Specialist

This role is centered around the intersection of technology, data, and high-performance trading in a globally distributed environment where speed, reliability, and engineering quality are paramount.

As part of an engineering-led culture, you will be responsible for solving hard technical challenges on a daily basis. You will have end-to-end ownership of development, UAT, and production environments, supporting teams that build ultra-low latency trading systems and FPGA solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize Linux-based development environments for multiple engineering teams.
  • Build, maintain, and improve deployment pipelines for internal tools and trading infrastructure.
  • Oversee CI/CD ecosystems (preferably GitLab), from configuration to monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain secure and reliable artifact storage, ensuring fast, consistent access to build outputs and dependencies.
  • Coordinate production releases, including validation and post-deployment checks.
  • Monitor the health and performance of CI/CD infrastructure and developer toolchains.
Requirements:
  • Strong programming skills in both a scripting language (Python or Bash preferred) and a systems language (C/C++ preferred).
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with containers (Docker) and configuration management tools (Ansible).
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Search, Splunk).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with technical teams.

We Offer:

  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
  • Opportunities for growth and professional development.
  • Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance.
