We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to fill the role of Goods Coordinator. This position is based in Brisbane and involves managing goods in and out of a busy facility.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist facilities and maintenance managers to schedule and track repair or upgrade works; perform minor facility tasks as needed.
  • Manage purchase orders, delivery instructions and equipment records with a high level of accuracy.
  • Operate IT systems for inventory management and maintain accurate records.
Key Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to multitask are necessary.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and inventory management software is an advantage.
