Facilities and Inventory Coordinator

This is a role based in Brisbane, where the employee will be responsible for managing goods in and out of a busy facility. The facilities aspect involves providing administrative support to facilities and maintenance managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the movement of goods in and out of the facility to ensure smooth operations, including packages, mail, gas bottles, and samples.
- Assist facilities and maintenance managers with repair or upgrade works, undertaking minor facility tasks as required.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery instructions, and equipment ledgers.
- Operate IT systems for managing goods in and out, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Previous experience in managing goods in/out in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, with knowledge of inventory management systems.
- A strong work ethic and high level of physical fitness.
- Demonstrated ability to use technology effectively in a warehouse setting.
