Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive resource deployment efficiency by providing stakeholders with visibility into resource capacity and capabilities.
  • Ensure optimal staffing mix on client engagements, considering leverage model considerations.
  • Manage scheduling requests and provide resourcing solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Provide analysis to senior stakeholders on resource management reporting.
  • Collaborate with the offshore data entry team to ensure data accuracy in the firm's scheduling tool.
  • Assist the National Resource Management team in finding suitable internal resources for projects.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential schedule conflicts.
  • Develop and implement resource management best practices for client-facing staff.

What We're Looking For

  • You are a strategic critical thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You possess a positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for actions, outcomes, and deliverables.
  • You have proficiency in MS applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • A degree qualification or similar is highly desirable.
