Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive resource deployment efficiency by providing stakeholders with visibility into resource capacity and capabilities.
- Ensure optimal staffing mix on client engagements, considering leverage model considerations.
- Manage scheduling requests and provide resourcing solutions to various stakeholders.
- Provide analysis to senior stakeholders on resource management reporting.
- Collaborate with the offshore data entry team to ensure data accuracy in the firm's scheduling tool.
- Assist the National Resource Management team in finding suitable internal resources for projects.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential schedule conflicts.
- Develop and implement resource management best practices for client-facing staff.
What We're Looking For
- You are a strategic critical thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- You possess a positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for actions, outcomes, and deliverables.
- You have proficiency in MS applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- A degree qualification or similar is highly desirable.
