Business Development Role

We are seeking a talented Business Development professional to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional with a passion for project-based solutions and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

  • The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team, working across sales, operations, and leadership to deliver tailored solutions and drive growth across high-value, project-based opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a high-margin sales pipeline across niche sectors.
  • Engage key stakeholders in education, health, and infrastructure.
  • Identify new product opportunities and align solutions with project timelines.
  • Coach and support Business Development Reps and Sales Coordinators to identify and win major projects.
  • Lead bid strategies, manage stakeholder input, and influence tender outcomes.
  • Deliver market insights and project updates to executive leadership.

About You:

  • A high energy sales professional who brings fresh ideas and a proactive mindset to solve problems and drive results.
  • Extensive experience in a sales business development or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a B2B selling environment.
  • Industry experience in modular buildings, equipment/asset hire, construction/infrastructure sales, or contract services.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Experience developing and implementing business development strategy.
