We are seeking an experienced Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. The successful applicant will have a passion for delivering high-quality support services in a residential setting.

As a Support Specialist, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to achieve their goals and live independently.

  • Certificate IV in Disability and relevant experience in the sector
  • Experience with behavior support (preferred)
  • A commitment to person-centred active support principles
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively and promote team spirit
  • Current Victorian Driver's License
  • Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening check and Working with Children's Check
