Due to a promotion within the team, we have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative.

This is an entry-level position to boost your career in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Below are some key responsibilities and requirements of this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide professional customer service by handling customer enquiries
  • Speak with suppliers and provide solutions to customers' needs
  • Take payment over the phone or in person, issue invoices manually or electronically
  • Support the Teams including Planners, Estimators, Sales as well as suppliers

**Requirements:**

  • Experience using planning databases is preferred but not essential
  • High level Microsoft office skills
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks throughout the day
  • Highly organised and able to jump in and support the team where required
