Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for assisting the finance team with customers and administrative tasks, including data entry, coordinating daily financial tasks, and preparing and submitting accurate documentation in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the finance team with customers and admin tasks
- Data entry and maintenance of accurate records
- Coordinate daily financial tasks, including processing payments and invoices
- Prepare and submit accurate documentation in a timely manner
- Provide support to dealership staff on finance and insurance introductions/offerings
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an admin-based role
- Driven, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
- High attention to detail
