We are seeking accomplished professionals to take on store leadership positions across our retail network.

As a seasoned leader with experience in large format retail, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding results and ensuring operational success. You will also be adaptable, open-minded, and genuinely care about the health and wellbeing of your team.

Importantly, you understand the value of delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to directly influence your store's results, including sales, safety, engagement, succession, and customer experience. You will also inspire your team to thrive and succeed while making sure there's plenty of fun along the way.

Key Requirements:

  • A background in store and/or team leadership with at least 2 years of experience.
  • An energetic and motivated team player with a positive attitude and a love for having fun.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday (some weekends required).
  • The ability to work towards personal and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25kg (for warehouse positions).
  • Passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience.
  • Willingsness to undertake relevant background checks as required (including medical checks).
