Job Description:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in driving high customer satisfaction through timely, responsive, and knowledgeable support.

Coordinating and delivering lifecycle activities, maintaining account health and hygiene, identifying and surfacing risks are just some of the key responsibilities of this role. You will contribute to a high-performance team by sharing insights and supporting operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience using HR or Talent Management systems, either as a user or administrator.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and responsiveness, with the ability to understand customer needs and adjust their approach accordingly.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships through regular check-ins and consistent communication.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and driving outcomes.
