Customer Success Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our global team to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers, ensuring maximum client engagement and satisfaction throughout the full customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting, developing, and improving interactive and digital onboarding and functional support materials to enhance self-serve resources for customers
  • Gathering feedback and insights into customer behavior and platform usage to identify at-risk customers and inspire a customer success-driven product strategy
  • Utilizing innovative and traditional Customer Success methods to create a low-effort 'customer experience' and shorten Time to First Value (TTFV)
