Learning Program Manager Role
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for developing and managing innovative learning programs that support the growth and development of our Australia Delivery Services Network. The role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to design and facilitate training initiatives, as well as communicating policies and procedures to new and existing leaders.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement learning programs that align with the business objectives of the Delivery Services Operations team.
Work strategically with L&D leaders to identify innovative learning solutions to localise training programs.
Contribute to reporting on training activities and analyze data to drive results and learning effectiveness.
Develop our training strategy for leader facing training programs with a high focus on technical skills and development.

Requirements:
3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
Defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
