Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled conference professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the success of our conferences.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute conference elements, including agenda management and onsite session delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless conference execution, building effective relationships with peers and sharing best practices.
- Partner with program management to deliver high-quality conference content and develop new processes for session management.
- Create and maintain client-facing conference websites and apps that display all session information.
- Analyze data to improve attendee engagement and predict attendee behavior.
- Manage conference logistics, including room allocation and vendor partnerships.
- Attend conferences as the onsite lead, managing session execution and data collection.
- Partner with content leadership to scale business operations and implement best practices.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant event experience.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, cross-functionally and with vendors.
- Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and manage change.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
