This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our faculty by providing administrative support for academic programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing program evaluations, maintaining databases, and collaborating with staff to ensure effective delivery of educational programs.

  • Supporting the implementation of program evaluation and improvements for research-based or coursework programs of study by managing the program/subject evaluation process and adopting changes designed by Academic staff responsible for the program or study or subject
  • Maintaining relevant databases and contact lists to support learning and teaching activities, e.g., tutor/clinic/patient databases, contact information for actor patients, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Evaluation: Manage program evaluations and implement improvements to ensure effective delivery of educational programs.
  • Database Management: Maintain relevant databases and contact lists to support learning and teaching activities.

Working Relationships:

You will establish effective working relationships with key staff to ensure that the work area's education support, learning, curriculum, and teaching priorities and needs are effectively met.
