**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Efficiently answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Coordinate office supplies and orders.
  • Support in organizing office events and activities.

**Job Requirements:**

  • Previous experience working as a receptionist or administration assistant.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A friendly and approachable personality, excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
