**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Efficiently answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Coordinate office supplies and orders.
- Support in organizing office events and activities.
**Job Requirements:**
- Previous experience working as a receptionist or administration assistant.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A friendly and approachable personality, excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
