About the Role:

We are offering a competitive salary of $35 per hour + super for this exciting opportunity. As a front desk administrator, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, managing the reception area, and providing administrative support to various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors
  • Manage the reception area
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Provide administrative support
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders
  • Support in organising office events and activities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a receptionist or administration experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A friendly and approachable personality, excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
