We are currently seeking a permanent Front Desk Professional on behalf of our client's corporate office based in the Brisbane CBD.
Our client is a world-leading professional service firm specialising in risk, strategy, and people.
About the Role:- Meet and greet clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service skills.
- Direct clients and staff to appropriate meeting rooms, ensuring seamless communication.
- Function and special event catering booking and setup, including management of audio and visual equipment.
- Liaise with meeting organisers and hosts, coordinating logistical arrangements.
- Ensure the reception area is well-maintained, creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors.
- Monitor housekeeping standards on client floors, upholding high levels of cleanliness.
- Versatility and flexibility in working hours, adapting to changing demands.
- Order catering supplies for kitchens, supporting operational needs.
- Manage security systems and visitor passes, maintaining confidentiality.
- Provide primary backup for back-of-house operations, covering essential tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrated through interpersonal interactions.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, enhancing productivity.
- A high degree of sense of urgency, prioritising tasks efficiently.
- Must have attention to detail, maintaining accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Problem-solving skills, addressing challenges effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating collaboration.
- High level of organisational skills, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
