Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking a Contract Management Specialist to join our commercial team in a challenging role that involves managing subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and administration.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in contract administration within construction or civil infrastructure, a strong understanding of Australian Standard contracts and commercial principles, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or related field.
About this opportunity:
- You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing contracts, variations, and progress claims.
- Monitoring project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting will also be part of your key responsibilities.
- Liaising with site teams, clients, and consultants to ensure contractual compliance will be essential.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in contract administration.
- A strong understanding of Australian Standard contracts and commercial principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
